I Shall Live (Vivre après la Shoah) is the memoir of Edith Davidovici (née Stern, 1924–2008), a Jewish survivor of the Holocaust. Deported on Convoy 72 from Drancy on 29 April 1944, she survived Auschwitz-Birkenau — prisoner number 80661 — then Ravensbrück and the death marches. Made a Chevalier of the Légion d'honneur in 2003, she wrote this testimony to pass on the memory of the Shoah to future generations.
Her full memoir can be read free online in five languages: English, French, Hebrew, Dutch and Yiddish. See also the full biography, the letters of honor from world leaders, and the video testimonies.
